Acknowledgment

At Oh Schlit LLC, which operates MequonEquipment.com and SheboyganWatersport.com, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable rental experience for all of our customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding reservations, cancellations, refunds, and general customer obligations.
Reservation PolicyAll rentals must be booked in advance either online or in-person.A valid government-issued photo ID and signed waiver may be required upon arrival.Full payment is typically due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Fulfillment of Services
Equipment will be made available at the scheduled location and time selected during booking.Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Delays on the customer’s part may result in reduced rental time, without compensation.In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a reservation due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled rental time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.In the event of inclement weather that makes rentals unsafe or unavailable (at our discretion), customers will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your rental without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Changes & ReschedulingRequests to reschedule a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.We do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee alternate time slots during peak periods.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to return equipment in the same condition it was rented.Any damage to equipment due to negligence may result in additional charges.All safety instructions and rental rules must be followed. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the rental without refund.
